"Omg now I am angry, firstly I have got my boxes returned to Perth from Melbourne, charge me 495$ for return, only 483-490$(Price were different, I quote three times, everytime same information) to Hong Kong, Strange company, isn’t it? Then the box was return, something was missing, of course he said nothing was opened, who knows? A company that charge me different price. A company that STEAL. A company with very GOOD and PATIENT customers service. If you looking for this kind of service. Use PFS! No insurance cover too, they never tell you to buy insurance. "Very poor service and unrealiable and not forthright with information on initial booking. Transporting luggage to Kenya from Melbourne. Initial quote changed on pickup and paid more than $100 more despite the weight not changing. Secondly PFS does not disclose they subcontract their services in Kenya which means had to pay an extra $180 to the subcontractors. Thirdly PFS failed to complete their transport documentation which meant customs in Kenya held on to the luggage as security information had not been completed. Using PFS to transport two suitcases has cost almost twice the value of the contents. Very disappointing. Absolutely not recommending PFS to anybody."

"Maria was very helpful while we organized our shipment and she was prompt in replying to emails. However we paid over $5000 for air freight to canada, but we ended up getting our freight partly by air and partly by road!!! Maria only advised me after i complained that the airline can send goods over road if they wish. So our air fright got flown to USA then got split up into 2 trucks to go on the road to Canada. This added a 4 day delay to the delivery and because our shipment was split up, it meant 2 trips to collect our boxes, a 3hr drive! Also, it was supposed to be picked up at Toronto airport but we had to instead go to a truck depot. If we had known all this, we would not have paid the premium for air freight. I requested compensation because our goods were not shipped by air as we'd paid for, Maria said she understood our feelings but she rejected my request of compensation. In addition, when our goods were collected, the delivery driver refused to collect from my apartment but insisted I take all boxes outside to the footpath, which was something i should have been told about so i could have arranged someone to help me carry 600kg of boxes. I think the service is ok but they lack to give you so much important information that you need to make decisions about an international shipment."

"Moving house locally is hard enough, compared to moving internationally. The team at PFS were very professional and efficient, especially Eddie, who went through all options and answered many questions I had, obviously certain charges and procedures at destination Eddie was unaware off, as different country, but he referred me to the embassy/consulate for assistance. EVEN after shipment departed and PFS had attended to all their requirements, any questions I had I would send an email as I left the country, was quickly replied too, where most companies would move on the next sale once they were paid - great pre & post customer service from PFS ~ highly recommend Thank you PFS you made a hard and difficult move overseas, very smooth and practical."
