"Drivers either lie about attempted deliveries to senders or don't knock at the door. They also apparently don't accept senders request to leave in a safe place after explaining multiple times that I am at work during delivery hours. Being harrased to pick my parcel up from an ebay seller because your company apparently can't deliver the items it's paid to deliver. No card left, no collection details given on the 3 apparent failed delivery attempts. I'll change my review if you actually deliver my order as you're paid to do. tracking also still says out for delivery not waiting for collection so maybe your tracking system needs an update too."

"this business is literally going backwards. Once they were the champions of international shipping & now they do anything right. Last week they told me my online order had not been processed & they would need to issue a refund so i can order a shipment again. I had to advise them this was their issue to fix, not mine. So they fixed it. This week they have a notice on the website stating "no invoices have been issued via email for the last 8 days". Today i get a SMS from Fedex stating i owe $488 for "duties & taxes" but they dont provide an invoice or breakdown of the charges as they are obligated to do. I now need to fix their problem again & ask for an invoice with the itemised "duties & taxes". I wont be using Fedex again, this business has deteriorated significantly"

"They came to my business during not opening hrs and there’s a signage with our business hrs it takes just to put that for next working day during those hrs but my delivery was neglected in the depot with not other attempt to deliver or card with tracking and I had to call multiple times to find out the status!"

"Driver wrote a rude message "no parking, instant fail* (clearly you have parking as you are able to mail the card into my mail box). I've asked for it to be delivered to a local exchange point, nothing was delivered.. called up several times to find that the package is too big. Promise to sort out redelivery to original address on the same day... And nothing has been delivered. What a Joke!!! The worst postage service ever."
