"For a business you would think the owner would be more polite and not rude. Rang up to see if our delivery was there and basically was rude to me on the phone. Told me it should be there, so I head down with my toddler and then he said “no it isn’t here I said it could be” not that he would waste his time looking. So wasted 20mins of my time. When it was there and I went back in he once again said “oh this one”."
