"Studying at Protea Collage was an absolute nightmare for me. I was studying online and the course duration was meant to be 6 months. The online learning support system is an absolute mess and is riddled with technical errors which prevented me from continuing with my study any further. I was only able to complete half of an assignment. I spoke to staff about this and as I was moving locations, I enquired if I was still eligible to study the course. After approximately 4 to 5 months of several attempts to contact protea and get a response, I withdraw from the course in January 2020 due to having about 5 months of the course duration wasted due to the lack of professionalism from staff. The staff who answers the phone is extremely rude and hypocritical. AVOID AT ALL COST!"

"Tried to enrol into Business Administration Certificate 3 course. They had trouble sending the “Letter of Offer” to my email as they had taken down incorrect email and when I finally did receive it, it was someone else’s “Letter of Offer” that was sent to my email with some of my personal details mixed in with another persons personal details in the letter. One of the staff members then said it looks like it could be typo error and if I can log in with my email and see what it says. First of all I couldn’t log in with my email I had to use the other persons email address in the letter and the temporary password provided. It allowed me to log in but the profile was the other persons profile with my email as their email. I then asked to withdraw my application because that was enough red flags for me. How can I learn administrative skills here? System is a mess."

"Firstly what a nightmare! they enrolled me in the wrong course! took ages to sort out and the lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Then my log in didnt work - again another week to sort out, just constant delays, then they enrolled me in the same course twice, repeating units, what a waste of time. There system is a mess, AVOID!"
