"Your Bundaberg store, located in the Stockland/Sugarland Plaza, worst experience ever had. Me and my Mum went in the other day to have a look, make some purchases and there was a crowd of young men/women and kids, just hanging around in there, as they seemed to know someone who worked there. They weren't actually looking or purchasing anything. Just there for a chat. They were not even wearing masks during this "mandatory" mask time. We pretty much walked out of there unimpressed. Definitely a good way to make your store look and feel unappealing. We could barely even walk around the store to view what was on the racks as they were loitering in the middle of the store, in everyone's way."
