TLDR; Scroll to end for Too Long Didn't Read Do you ever wonder why customers these days are not loyal to service providers? Do you change your insurer provider yearly? ...now ask yourself why do you change? and what are you looking for? I have been with RSM group for approximately 3 years. With Steven as my accounts manager. So over the 3 years with RSM I have insured all my additional assets with them, and I have done so for a reason. RSM have been helpful from day one. I have always left conversations happy with the outcome, and with all queries explained and answered. I have had countless calls from other insures guaranteeing they can offer me a lower quote, but that is all you are to these other insurers cold calling you, a business deal. There is no relationship built, it doesn't feel like they care, just another quick business deal. Even if they can beat my current quote, how will the savings impact me, is it worth it? what will they bring to the table, but why would I move? will I get the same treatment as I do here at RSM? "what is the opportunity cost?". what i'm trying to say is....if you are happy with what you have, why would you change. Why I'm with RSM. I'm happy with the way RSM approach and assist their clients, how they stay in contact, touch-base and follow through with what is said. Unlike other companies, where they say "no problem I will email/call you" and you end up waiting for days..., my experience with RSM has been completely opposite, every time (literally every time) RSM have been punctual when corresponding with me, or when giving quotes or updating details or changing insurance due to change of scenarios on my end. I honestly am very pleased with the service provided. Anything which I don't understand, gets explained properly and I feel like I'm able to pick up the phone anytime and give them a call. How hard is it you reach your insurance provider? Can you pick up the phone, or send and email to ask a basic question about your insurance policy? So basically, because of all of the above, is why I am taking the time to write this long long, yet honest review. TLDR; To summarize, RSM is transparent with their clients, they give great honest feedback, a very important part is that they explain what is not understood, are genuinely there to assist. "So firstly......I don’t usually write reviews. Today people feel obliged to write a review if they receive anything that remotely resembles service, let alone a job well done. Where as we used to expect value for money, now we are pleasantly surprised when we receive it and so we feel we must say something. Well I feel I must say something about Steve from RSM Group Pty Ltd. To receive a service above and beyond the call of duty is normal. Nothing is a problem. The cost of insurance through RSM Group is more affordable than any other company I have spoken to. We recently made a claim which was a stress free process and the outcome was exactly as we hoped.
