To say they over promise and under deliver is an understatement. You constantly need to chase them up to get the slightest action, answer or service."

"Feel really betrayed by Prestige, our case manager seems to be lying to us to rectify her mistake. When they don't do their job and approve additional services not within the budget, perhaps the service should then be paid off using the case management fee, rather than cancelling a 90 year old's weekly appointments without her consent to recoup those funds. I feel so so sorry for any elderly person who has to navigate this themselves."
"Very disappointing experience to date with Prestige In Home care. Since signing up in early November, only two services were put in place without follow-up. Multiple calls were required for physio to be put in place and still waiting on essential items and services to be put in place some 40 days later. No response to email and no follow-though on promised actions."

From our very first contact with Lucy at Cabrini Hospital we were cared for, reassured, respected and put at ease. No question or concern was too small to be answered. Lorraine (one of our nurses) was outstanding in her knowledge and in the specialist assistance she provided Dad on the first day he came home. She also provided us with a lot of extra help and information that made the difficult time we were facing much easier. Following her time with us, the other staff assigned to our case were also excellent. In particular, we wanted to let you know how impressed we were with both Sanja and Vicky. They were just wonderful in the care and support they showed Dad and all of us, and their dedication to their work was very evident.
