"WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!!!! Brought a pair of men boots (air flex $190.00) from indroopilly store, the leather separated from the sole, was given a new pair which I had to pick up from the Gold Coast only for the second pair to do exactly the same thing, was tgan told it was wear and tear I only wear them when I go out to functions which has been 3 times, Theresa was very nice and professional, I'm very dissapointed wont shop at betts ever again!!!"
