"I unfortunately didn't experience good customer service at Ditto Dancewear. Janie's manner was abrupt and condescending rather than informative and helpful. She told me my daughter 'would never be Dame Margot Fonteyn' due to her pronated ankles, which she 'diagnosed' herself and bluntly told me in front of a shop full of customers. My daughter is 6. I came for dance shoes, not a prediction of my daughter's likelihood of becoming a prima ballerina. I will be taking my daughter to a podiatrist to have her ankles checked as I actually value this input, it was the manner in which this was delivered and the offhand comment that was most disappointing."
