"I was around 6 years old when I danced here, meaning it’s been around 7 years I’ve been there. After the concert I left immediately. I don’t remember who the teacher was but I remember exactly what she looked like and exactly how she treated me. The first day she was the sweetest. Complimented my necklace, told me I was doing great in class. A week later everything went down hill. She yelled at me for getting moves wrong to the point where my mother could here me from outside the studio. Each dance lesson I would come out crying. I remember distinctly this one time I forgot to close the lid on my water bottle tightly and spilled water all over the floor. The teacher soon got frustrated and threw a tissue box at me and shouted at me to clean it up. The teacher was so rude, and it wasn’t just her. The customer service was absolutely disgraceful. If you want your kids to have good dance memories, don’t send them here."

"Very rude owner, no sense of customer service or what so ever. we were literally told "you dont have to stay here if you are not happy...actually can you please leave...". i am glad that we discovered this early enough to avoid potential imapct to our little one learning in such unhealthy environment. if google review accepts reviews with no star then thats what Seriously dancing is getting."

"Following a disagreement about the way they conducted end of year photos, which occurred a few days after a significant issue with the end of year concert, Seriously Dance has refused to provide the concert USB and ballet examination results that were paid for, claiming I still owe money. I dispute this and have provided information to support my claim. Seriously Dance has not responded to my last three emails, forcing me to lodge a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading. It is not the first time that we have experienced a failure to respond to emails - we have multiple emails over our time with Seriously Dance that were never responded to. I was always concerned to raise issues with the Director as the "vibe" was that you just had to accept things. The issue over the concert and photos demonstrates that my concerns were well founded with the Director refusing to acknowledge that she changed the order of photos around on the day without any notice or consultation and instead escalating the matter into a far bigger problem. My experience as a customer was extremely disappointing and I am now left close to Christmas, not being able to enjoy my daughters concert performance. The Director has decided to withold this despite there also being a problem at the concert where my daughter missed nearly an entire routine. When I mentioned this had occurred in the Facebook group I was told that at least there were no problems with her other routines and my comments were deleted. I would have thought that acknowledging a problem would be a minimum in terms of customer service, but where an error impacts the concert that my daughter spent so much time and effort on, and that cost us a substantial amount of money, I would think a company would try to make up for that rather than what has occurred. There has been no effort on the part of Seriously Dance to resolve this matter."

Acro and Hip hop, it is amazing great teachers kids that help if your new and support ive learnt new skills within a day and memorized half a dance! wonderful and great for all ages we were allowed to interact with younger kids and older ones love it! Send your kids here."
