"Great facility but inconsistent umpiring leading to safety concerns. I used to play here a lot but after an injury I cut back and now only fill in for time to time for my brother's social comp futsal team. We've had a good season but there is a consistent problem of a few aggressive teams and a lack of umpire control when it comes to reigning those players in on the field. We have had 4 to 5 players in our team sustain long-term injuries such as ACL and ATFL tears / ruptures due to bad tackles mad by the opposition, which could have been prevented by earlier umpire intervention. We have had a fair few games against regular teams where aggressive tackles and body checks are fouled but never sin-binned, inviting players to continue making poor tackles which have resulted in serious injuries. We have brought these concerns to the match official each time but it has never been followed through with. We understand that futsal is a physical and contact sport, but the levels we see can be extreme and just not sporting in any capacity. We play a social league here, it's meant to be a bit of fun on a week night, but this is being ruined by some teams / players that think they are playing an international comp and have a lack of sportsmanship, as well as umpires who are not mitigating risk through harsher on-field calls. I have enjoyed my time here mostly, but I don't think I will be returning due to the high risk of injury to myself and my team mates. I don't believe any of my team mates are intending to continue here next season either. There are other social leagues on the Coast without this issue, and I would recommend you look to them before joining here."

"I had been a player at this centre for about a year and noticed the umpires were showing reoccurring signs of being unfair, incompetent and lacking in basic knowledge of the sport. An umpire I had never seen before was issued to my game for a semi final game against a team with a history for being aggressive. The umpire decided to penalise me (sending me off the court) when I brought up concerns with everyone’s safety. I requested management watch the game - where within a couple minutes he would have witnessed one of my team mates being assaulted, however for some reason he did not see. I have played sport for many years, I am aware sporting injuries happen. But this event was purely driven by anger. The umpire decided to speak to the victim and say it was both players being aggressive and no penalties were given! I then brought it up with management after the game, where I was told that my actions were worse than the player who put their hands on someone. We requested footage of the event. Dale assisted me and tried to hear the full story, where management then entered the room and began abusing me. It ended up escalating to him calling me names and asking me to leave. My friend asked him not to speak to me that way, that’s when the management (GREG) began throwing violent threats and decided to scream in a room full of children! Greg also began swearing at his own colleagues who tried to calm him down. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Total lack of care towards anyone and their safety."

"Absolutely not would I recommend this business to anyone! I called to make a booking for a 7 year old birthday party, left a message and received a call back from Greg. I didn’t answer the call in time and within a few seconds I returned call. Greg was rude, told me he didn’t have time at all to answer any of my questions before I even got to ask one. Obviously taken aback, I said to him, I’m trying to book a service and your tone and yelling at me is quite rude. He responded with look I’ve got people here and I don’t have time to book parties and hung up! Needless to say the before service was lacking, I could only imagine how they treat junior staff and guests at parties."

"I take my kids to inflatable world here fantastic venue all my kids love it from 3 yrs old to my oldest son of 10 food is well priced and a large portion the only thing is its hard to find seating or tables when there is alot of birthday parties going"

"I must agree with previous reviewers, I attempted to raise with the manager the standard of umpiring, umpires coaching opposition teams during semi finals and the rough play of some players not being addressed by the umpires. It had become a safety issue rather than a fun game. I was threaten with physical violence, verbally abused, swore at by the manager and kick out of the centre. At no time were my issues addressed. Abuse is not acceptable under any circumstances."
