"Beware of the 2 weeks free scam! Long story short, they cut off my sons swimming account leaving us unable to access our last two swimming lessons. When I enquired about this they said I was not paying in advance as per my contract. I explained that I had used the "first two weeks free promotion" and the pool was closed due to flooding when we started, they said they would look into it and after another five weeks they called to say that we could come to one more lesson. By this time we were already enrolled somewhere else, so I asked to get my money back and they never called me again. I am sad that we went there for so long. Now we have found somewhere that is actually engaging and caring, I deeply regret wasting our time and money here. Don't settle, shop around! It is such a shame because we really like the facilities but I feel so mistreated I can not bring myself to go back even casually."

"I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Most lanes are reserved and not for public use most of the time. Even if you are a member it is often you can turn up and they will simply turn you away and say a school group or some other group has booked the entire pool as is now the case on Tuesday nights. This is regardless of the fact you may have paid in advance with no knowledge of this. They totally disregard patrons and paid up members. Do not waste your money."

"Fantastic pool. Renovations are fantastic. Water was beautiful and warm and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Best pool I've visited in Moreton Bay Region."
