"My son started his BJJ journey at Lemos as a 6 year old and is now 11. I know he will be well equipped to avoid trouble in the future because of the training he’s receiving but most beneficial are the friendships he’s making with other boisterous high achieving young men and ladies and the healthy lifestyle he’s witnessing. Lemos provides adult and teenage role models (both male and female) that he’s now seeking to emulate (and compare dad - unfavourably- against!). I get the sense it’s a long term lifestyle choice he’ll embrace. I’d recommend any parent of a young child (male or female- perhaps even more important for young ladies) to give Lemos a chance."

"My 2 kids train at Lemos BJJ. They started when they were 5 and have been loving it ever since. The atmosphere is very welcoming and not at all authoritarian (like some martial arts places can be). The classes are fun and the kids hardly realise they are being taught, until you see them busting out the moves a few weeks later. Excellent place to train, definitely recommend it !"
