"After my items were scanned the cashier asked for my email, I said I'll just grab a paper receipt thanks, she then goes on about how I can just unsubscribe to their emails (so she's admitting by giving my email I will get spammed and it's not just to simply email me my receipt), I say no again, she then goes on a spiel about once I give my email I can download the app bla bla. I now feel so pressured to give my email I give her a fake email so I can just leave. She then asks for my full name and DOB, I give her fake details again. This was the first time I have shopped at cotton on kids, and now the last as I know I'll have to go through this every time. Just respect a customer's decision to not give out their personal details when simply trying to buy something"

"Terrible slow service. People standing in the queue and 2 girls behind the counter but only serving 1 customer at a time instead of using the 2nd terminal. No acknowlegement or eye contact with the people waiting - just happy to chat away serving 1 customer at a time. Later advised that the same items were available online for 30% discount - wish I knew that before wasting time in store."
