Before: Speaking nicely Being helpful Asked questions and information was provided that was asked for During: Showed up to store waited a bit as no one was there just the dog Was served by the daughter - I was later told sister so unsure who even served me She was polite and helpful She stated that the owner of the business didnt give her all the information so she was unsure what was happening I showed her all the messages After: You messaged confirming information - I responded in 1 minute You messaged stating you wanted to save the information - this message did not warrant a reply You messaged than today stating that I had abused the service - I responded 20 minutes later It took you an hour to reply to that message - you stated that I had abused the generoisty which was not in any way true, and that I took advantage - this was not true at all I gave you all the information that you requested - I responded in 10 minutes You than responded 5 minutes later after I had asked if you wanted payment due to the accusations and than you started being rude about me asking that question You stated I ignore youse after getting the flowers this is not true - I responded promptly as you can see from the messages and from the timeline above You started making claims that I should know better - I did not do a thing wrong When you were called out than you started throwing more false accusations as well as just giving a thumbs up to the message. It started out on a positive note and was going to be a 5 star review left for the generosity, helpfulness and kind manner, however has ended very negatively and I wouldnt be coming to purchase flowers again, nor look at the store for donations. I had asked that you disregard all information that was personal provided due to feeling threatened and I had not recieved a message back at all regarding this. Please think about what you say before you say it as it can be very hurtful and end up badly like this has. Thanks"
