"This used to be my go to florist and I had been a return customer but recently it’s not been the same level of service as it used to be. I ordered some flowers for my sister over the phone as her furbaby had just passed away. I asked for some peonies and was told they were $45 for just 5 of them which is quite exorbitant but I said fine and if they could make up the rest to just over $70 or so with other flowers and make it look pretty. The attached photo is how it looked when I turned up, just some lisianthus and buds thrown in, not arranged at all. I don’t think $70+ is cheap for flowers the least you can do it arrange it properly instead of throwing it in like there’s been zero effort. I’m no florist but I have an inkling with a little bit of effort even my arrangement could have been better. Unfortunately because of this recent experience I won’t be buying from the big bunch again."
