As the only facility of its kind in the region, our $24 million sports arena offers state-of-the-art amenities for a variety of sports including netball, basketball, futsal, hockey, and badminton. With a capacity to seat 3,000 spectators, our fully air-conditioned arena provides a national standard experience for athletes and fans alike.

Our Olympic-standard, 10-lane, 50-meter heated pool is a haven for recreational swimmers as well as Olympic and Paralympic champions. Alongside this, we have a six-lane 25-meter pool, cold immersion and warm plunge pool, and aquatic recovery equipment, ensuring that our elite training ground meets the needs of all swimmers.

For those looking to enhance their fitness, our two fully-equipped indoor gyms offer the latest equipment, including indoor and outdoor functional training zones. Our highly skilled gym instructors cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from high-performance athletes to beginners.

We also boast multipurpose playing fields for Rugby Union, Rugby League, Football, Cricket, and AFL training, complete with lighting for night-time play. Additionally, our IAAF-standard athletics track features eight and ten lane running tracks and equipment for various track and field events.

Our physical performance coaches (PPCs) provide individualized training and conditioning, required recovery, and overall load management to help high-performance athletes realize their full athletic potential.

Our exercise scientists use the science of human movement to help individuals improve their health and fitness while preventing common lifestyle diseases.

As a proud Foundation Principal Partner of the Sunshine Coast's first national sports team, the Sunshine Coast Lightning, we provide them with a home base at the UniSC Arena.
