He gave me expert tailoring advice and supported me to order a custom made vest to go with the beautiful suit, shirt and tie I bought off the rack. Nick is going to assist with tailoring alterations to enable me to look my best on the day Apart from being fabulous with his personal service he has also curated a fabulous seventies sound track that made the shopping experience more personal and pleasant. "Would not recommend anyone who want the made to measure suit service in winter garden store. Booked one on one consultation for my wedding suit. Told me I am way too early to book my appointment, because I have my wedding next year August.(Does it really matter if I want my suit to be ready as early as possible?) Asked him if he could give me some advice because I have no idea where to start with and he told me that I should google what I want before going to the store so they can “assist” me. The reason I booked this appointment it’s because I don’t have that kind of knowledge for the wedding suit, that’s why I need some professional advices, if I could google everything by myself, what’s the point for me to book the one on one section early on Sunday morning by driving 30 mins to the store and only spent 5 minutes with me telling me to google. Serious? Well this is not what I expected for the one on one suit consultation service right? Please think carefully before booking their service, waste of your time. Again this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life."

"Recently came into the store, and was served by Damon and I must say my experience was fantastic! He took time to talk me through a range of products, and help me select the best suit for my new role. Afterwards, he walked me to the tailor as the directions on the card where a bit confusing. Ultimately great customer service and quality. I'll definitely be back!"

"Went in to buy dress shoes. Sales assistant comes up to me and shows me their range. I pick one and tell him my size. He tells me to try on the display pair which was 2 sizes larger. He then leaves me with the oversized shoe. I assumed he was going to find my size in the back room. Waited on the couch for 5 minutes before realising he'd forgotten. It was not a busy day - maximum 3 customers in the store whilst I was there. I make my way out the door and could see that the same sales assistant was serving somebody else. No one else in the store bothered with me. I ended up at David Jones in Queen's Plaza and walked out with a pair of Church's for $699. Quicker and easier buying experience and far better service."
