I went in store to exchange a pair of jeans that I’d bought online, and wasn’t even greeted at the door, then the staff had the audacity to question whether or not I’d paid for the item after I’d stated twice I had. Did not even offer a bag, but instead rudely said they were $2. Didn’t even try to make small talk. Normally love going in store, staff are always friendly and ask if I need help but won’t be coming back to chermside."

"Went into the store today to buy new clothes for an upcoming holiday. Told myself and my friend not to pick out clothes to try on unless we were serious about buying as they ‘don’t have time to put it away’, then she proceeded to counter and relayed story to another staff member and they both began to shake their heads at us. Highly unprofessional and intimidating. Therefore decided not to purchase items."
