"Went into tarocash 3 weeks ago on a Saturday with my father to get a shirt for a wedding. We had Brianna serve us. They did not have the size we wanted so had to order it in. They said it would be here 4 days later on the Thursday. No call. We called a few days after that to see where it was and no one could find the order. They said they would call back and never did. I called back again a few days later and a guy there picked up and said he had found the order but was still not there and had to come from garden city. I said okay I will wait. No call once again a week later. I was in Carindale yesterday and went in and the lady there Amber could not find the order and said there was no name written on it. It was never even ordered. Amber was helpful and gave me a refund. Every time I spoke to 3 separate people they kept blaming it on they where new there. Customer training needs to be improved immensely. ."
