My partner and I had traversed all the suiting shops and brands in Brisbane CBD, but it was Usaid's service that helped us decide on a full suit from the David Jones' Politix store on Queen St. He was extremely patient and attentive while helping us try on different sizes and fits. With Usaid's knowledge and guidance we finally landed on a set that would work perfectly with my partner's height and figure (after some tailoring to iron out the kinks). Usaid had also provided us with the details of a recommended tailoring service nearby, PLUS he'd written a note with our tailoring requirements that we could pass on to the tailor - this may have been a small act on his part but we definitely considered this as him going above and beyond. As the suit was for a wedding, we truly appreciated all of Usaid's help and patience throughout the whole process. We hope he receives the recognition he deserves - keep up the great work!"
