"Calibre was my last stop on a recent hunt for a new suit for an upcoming wedding. I had been underwhelmed at multiple retailers before heading to calibre. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by a staff member by the name of Nicola. She asked a few questions about what it was I was looking for and offered her assistance. It was a breath of fresh air to have an attendee be so polite and genuinely wanting to help you. I spotted a lovely pinstriped double breasted suit jacket and tried it on. It felt right. Nicola then went on to help me create the entire ensemble. Pulling out multiple pants, explaining their cut and fabrics. Nicola was absolutely hands down the most helpful attendee I had seen that day, across all the retail store I visited. Nicola made me feel so comfortable and really knew what colours and cut would work well for my features and body shape, right down to the pocket square.
