"We just had an incredible experience in store and a Stirling job of exceptional customer service by the young lady on the self checkout area . Sat 5.30pm 30 June . Coles management look up the roster and give a commendation to this employee. Very busy time of day and we had a full shopping trolley . Got half way through and realised that we had not enough money on one of our cards. We created absolute havok. Both our phones were flat and we were desperate for our shopping. With a smile and good grace this young lady noorganised the phone to be charged enough so that we could transfer funds over to complete our transaction. All done with unflappable good nature. Thankyou very much ."

"Before you even get to the door you can spot rainbow flags and other colourful designs with no real meaning. When you finish checking out there is a sign that reads Ktown supports pride. It's completely arrgoant and frankly untrue. I really hope more people start boycotting this force fed noscense that's brainwashing and manipulating peoples."

"My emergency alternative to Woolworths at dakabin. For some reason they have reduced fresh bread items significantly of late. I can't recall how many times I've been there prior to Woolworths being built at dakabin, when the shop looks clean, tidy and well stocked. I could count those times on one hand. It's very rare unless they have upper management calling, it's so obvious. I've observed fresh produce being poorly handled and rarely purchase produce from there. Meat varies a lot in quality and cost and beware marked down meat. They might invest in an appropriate out of public view area for their smoking staff so that they aren't sitting on the concrete outside or adjacent to the public toilets. It's not a good look."

"Was very dissatisfied today went in store to get essentials including pre made gluten free banana bread $7.50 for five slices and use by date 3 days shelves were bare no bakery items not a big variety of anything service lady wasnt working just walking around talking to some boy about their dinner plans the self service section is so small and customer service is limited felt like I was back at the start of the pandemic and this Coles is still using covid 19 as an exuse for limited items"
