"Just had the misfortune of visiting this store, I was approached by a rude older woman who addressed me abruptly, and then barked at my 10-year-old son not to touch the tatty old clothes that were hanging up on the rack, so I promptly walked out. Shocking customer service, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I won’t be returning here in the future."

"Body shaming lady. Looked me up and down, told me that certain clothing wouldn’t fit me. Asked me what size I wear and when I said size 8, refused to believe that what I said was correct. I left without buying any of the clothes I was interested in. Do not recommend."

"I’m still laughing, while feeling slightly wounded at my experience with the owner of this shop today. A few days ago I enquired with a lovely woman at the counter,, as to whether they would like two items of clothing I was otherwise taking to Vinnies. This lady complimented the George dress and suggested she’d ask the owner if she was interested and have her call me. Next day the owner called and made (quite rudely) clear she had no interest in my clothes and I called in to collect them this morning to be told I’d insulted her by bringing them in, she “knew” designer clothing and they were awful and then called me a liar when I apologetically told her what I’d paid for the designer evening gown 15 years ago. Such a horrible woman. I’ll never shop there again."

"Heda, the owner always helps me find what I am looking for. I love going to a store where the clothes are designer labels and not at high prices. The items in her store are always nicely ironed and of a high quality, very well displayed."

"DON’T SHOP HERE! Unless you want to be faced with a rude, judgemental business owner. I’ve never encountered such judgment as I did while visiting this shop. After taking my son to a swim class I wanted to go browsing and treat myself to something new. I was pushing my pram and dressed in comfortable athletic wear with my hair in a messy bun (as most mums would look like after taking baby to a class). I found a top to try on and advised the lady working of a couple garments left behind in the dressing room and asked if she wanted to remove them (she didn’t). After exiting the dressing room, I placed the top back on the rack I found it on and proceeded to leave. As I was halfway out the door the old hag working (aka the owner) decided it was appropriate to yell at me from the other end of the store “excuse me!! How did you make out with clothes?!!”. Angered that she was basically accusing me of shoplifting in front of everyone in the store as they all turned to look at me; I reminded her I had only tried on ONE top and she could find it back on the rack and walked out. Clearly I didn’t have the “look” of someone she wanted shopping at her store. I’ve worked retail for years and you should be ashamed of yourself. Never judge someone by their appearance; I could’ve purchased anything I wanted in your store had I actually wanted any of it."
