"Usually don't leave reviews but this got me pretty annoyed. Just went in quickly to buy a pair of pants for work. When I got to the counter I was asked if I had an account with Cotton On, I said I wasn't sure so the cashier, Olivia, asked for my email to "check". Took a while to find out if I had an account to which she finally said "ah yep, found you". Cool, didn't know I had an account but sure. When I got home I checked my emails and had an email saying "Welcome to perks, //". Thought that was weird. Then checked my receipt and found it was actually receipted that I had been signed up for a perks membership. So clearly, Olivia had found that I did not have an account and without asking me for consent or even asking me for my name she just plugged in my email and entered my name as "//". I know I can just unsubscribe from emails but I don't know what you guys do with my info or who you sell my email address to. Extremely deceptive behaviour and very unprofessional. I hope this is noted by someone. Very unimpressed."

"SERVICE Average to good service, depending on what staff are on. SIZES XL is size 12/14 Very small sizes, not true to Australian standards. Quality control on true sizing is terrible. If you are a teenager or skinny woman size 8-12 like my daughter you would be fine. Bigger ladies size 14 + are not catered for. SIGN.NEEDED The store should put a sign up stating " Size 14 plus please keep walking" ACCESSORIES Headbands, hats, bags, limited shoes, socks, scarves, beanies etc..."
