"Every time I have been in this store it feels like you are inconveniencing them by being there. I have witnessed on more than one occasion them closing 5-10mins early. Shutting the Change rooms 30 mins before closing time using COVID as an excuse. The staff are short with you and slightly rude, annoyed at being asked questions. Would avoid if you have a choice."
"First time going to the store at Chermside today and I felt very welcome. Great customer service from the very friendly staff/team members. They were very good at helping me find the products I was after too The products are amazing quality and I fell in love with quite a few things, especially the sweatpants/trackies! Cannot wait to go back and try on some new things next time!"
