"Paid cash for a dress went to wear it & it was damaged. Took it back lady gave me excuse after excuse she wasn’t allowed, she didn’t know how to did it, the last 1 was special I DONT understand. She was only 1 in shop so obviously knew all procedures. Have been trying to deal with store & company since. Yes dress still has original tags, hasn’t been worn & original receipt. Girls it’s just not worth the trouble. Nothing original anyway. Just another bunch of people ripping hard working aussies off. Don’t deal with it."
