"Walked into this store for the first and last time today. It was 2:45 (bear in mind the store doesn't close until 4) and they had decided to mop the floor leaving excess water everywhere. As expected I tripped. I was 1/2 way into the store and none of the employees had bothered to acknowledge me or call out that the floor was wet at that point. Once I had fallen one staff member was helpful but the other one was too busy loudly stating that she had put a sigh out the front to ask if I was ok. We (the customers) moved the wet floor sign closer to the store as we walked out as it had been placed in the middle of the walkway out front (not close to the storefront indicating that the store was wet). To the staff that work there - mopping is a chore best done after hours or within 15 mins of closing. If you feel the need to mop earlier please make sure you address and warn each customer as they walk in."
