"The only person here working today with black hair was incredibly rude. Stood behind computer not greeting or welcoming customers. Behind change rooms was an incredible amount of boxes that have been there for weeks as I had come in weeks ago to try find an outfit but sadly only sizes that were and still are to this day and exact same clothing are 5 sizes of the same size 10 or XS-S This is the second time trying this store in hope they would sort out the stock and sizes but same sizes, same clothes and same rude service. Not even a glimpse from worker to acknowledge they’re even there. Prices have doubled but service and clothing aren’t matching those prices at all."

"Rude staff, I went and picked out a dress went to the counter and the girl behind the counter saw me but continued to chat with I'm assuming a friend who had already bought her stuff. I waited for awhile but they just kept chatting, I just put the dress back and walked out."

"Totally agree with the other reveiws, staff rude, a few have a problem when your asking a genuine question! I mean do they want sales or what? Sour looking faces when asked to see if they could grab another size while I was in dresser, they need to go to Glassons Chermside and learn what customer service is! We get it you need to unpack product and put on racks! But y'all also want to sell what your putting on those racks!"

"i genuinely like Ally clothing, however morayfield is my only local store and the staff are ALWAYS so rude. every time i’ve walked in there, i smile through my mask at the staff members and they blankly ignore me. i have also heard other people mention the rude staff. no acknowledgement, no smile, no hello and no customer service. they are always chatting to each other too. i just shop online now when i like something from Ally, would rather do that then set foot in the store."

"Staff were rude at this store... blanked me when I said ‘excuse me’ (and I even apologised for being a bother) then when I repeated myself, looked at me like they wanted me to stop talking, didn’t say anything, then gave a very rude and cold response to my polite query. I understand customer service can be draining and stressful (worked in retail and hospo myself) but when you have a polite customer, it generally serves to be polite back. Decided not to purchase from here and went somewhere else (I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but this cold service didn’t make me feel very welcome). They do have nice sales sometimes, though, and the shop itself is pretty."
