Welcome to the Wesley Research Institute, located in Auchenflower, Coronation Drive, Australia. Established in 1994, we are proud to be the official research partner for UnitingCare, a renowned healthcare organization. Our reach extends across the UnitingCare network, which includes Lifeline, Bluecare, and four private hospitals: St Andrews War Memorial Hospital, The Wesley Hospital, Buderim Private Hospital, and St Stephens at Hervey Bay.

At the Wesley Research Institute, our primary focus is on translational research. We work closely with experienced doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop improved treatments, better diagnostics, and enhanced care. Our goal is to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families, while also building supportive communities.

In line with our commitment to advancing healthcare, we are currently seeking staff and healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and support services, who work at one or more of the UnitingCare Hospitals and are interested in conducting investigator-initiated research projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and bring about positive change in the field of healthcare.
