"Save yourself the hassle and go to Bunnings. Stay away from these useless people! Not only is it much more expensive than Bunnings but they're actually "service" is abysmal and non existent! I paid over $100 dollars for delivery and I was assured at the store that there will be two delivery guys who will deliver the H4 2.4 treated pine in my garage. Mind you I had told them that I have plenty of parking onsite. Fast forward to delivery day, one useless person showed up who could not back up an MRV into a huge driveway to save his life! Instead he just dropped the pine on the driveway! People like you should not be in this industry! You are a disgrace!"
"Staff response is good, but wood quality is poor. It's like giving a wood that hasn't been sold for a long time in a deep warehouse."
"Made first fence from scratch using ATP boundary fence delivered. One railing broke when delivered off truck, but ATP did an exchange replace. You can get a phone call when delivery truck sets out with an ETA but not when arrives. Fence looked good when finished, remember to specify if you need a starter post. I put a concrete plinth under the wooden plinth, which is not the standard way to do it."
"Was not at expecting the service that I had experienced with ATP it was my first purchase ever and a small one of that, though placed the order Tuesday evening online had a call the following morning at 8am to say when would you like to pick up your order.
