One of the key advantages of Cova-Wall® is its advanced 100% acrylic chemistry, which ensures that your cladding looks new for longer. Our panels resist fading, peeling, cracking, dirt pick-up, mildew, mold, and other biological growth. They can be easily cleaned with low-pressure power washing, extending their lifecycle before recoating.

Our system includes both Plain and Vented EPS Panels. Plain EPS Panels are fastened to timber or steel framed buildings using EPS Battens and a Weatherproof Breathable Wall Wrap (Sarking). Starter Channel Beads and Corner angle beads are fixed to ensure a durable and weatherproof structure. The panels are then coated with Patch `Em-Up® and Fastwall® render, resulting in a coating thickness of 5-6mm.

Alternatively, we offer Pre-Rendered EPS Panels, which are also fastened to timber or steel framed buildings using EPS Battens and a Weatherproof Breathable Wall Wrap (Sarking). The panels are rendered and finished with two coats of polymeric render (base coat) and one coat of acrylic texture, followed by a decorative top coat sealer.
