We believe that learning to swim is a rite of passage for every child and an essential life skill for all Australians. Our dedicated team works closely with families to develop strong and skilled swimmers who love being in the water. It is never too late or too early to enroll your child and kickstart their swimming journey.
Learning to swim at a young age not only teaches essential safety and awareness skills but also facilitates personal growth and development of interpersonal skills. Swimming is a low-impact form of exercise that builds cardiovascular fitness and overall strength, making it crucial for a child's early development.
We are proud to offer structured swimming lessons to children as young as 3 months old. Our certified teachers, trained by Austswim, ensure that every child progresses at their own pace and leaves our pool feeling more comfortable and confident in the water.
At Aquatic Achievers, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. Every single teacher on our Queensland team is fully certified and regularly undergoes re-training and re-certification to maintain the highest standards of teaching and care.

"This is the place to go for swimming lessons for young children! It's a calm environment, lots of dedicated and friendly staff on hand every week and the pool is a dedicated learning space, no distractions! Miss Mia has been amazing for my child and she puts so much effort into making him feel comfortable and supported. Classes are always very small 2-5 students and the requirements at each level are clear, so students know what they need to do to succeed. Would recommend anyone with children to come here for lessons."
"Could not rate them more highly. Every time I’ve had a small concern about my sons progression or if he has struggled to get in the pool - the staff go out of the way to help make it an enjoyable lesson. I love that staff give you advice on how to help support your kid also. Great facilities."
"We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aquatic Achievers at Wavell Heights. The facilities are excellent, and the school is well organised and considerate of what is best for the kids. In particular the staff are friendly and very considerate, going to great lengths to look after us and make sure we get the most out of the experience. Very impressed."
"very little is achieved most of the time when there is more than 2 kids per 1/2 hour lesson. the school free style technic schedule is good, breaststroke not at all."
"Lovely staff but the rotation of teachers have been ridiculous and my son hasn’t seen any progress at all in almost a year because when the teachers are new they don’t challenge the kids. I brought this to the attention of the staff and got two extra classes which was a nice gesture but not sure how it’s going to change the situation. Considering other options."
