At St Paul's School, we prioritize the success of our students. Each year, over 85% of our Year 12 cohort achieve their first or second preference for university entrance, which is an incredibly high result. One unique aspect of St Paul's School is our entrepreneurial pathway. We offer students the opportunity to become CEOs while still in school, allowing them to bring their business ideas to the market. This is a third career pathway that sets us apart from other schools in Australia.

We have also developed a unique approach to learning called Realms of Thinking. This approach helps students master the basics while also nurturing their capacity to ask better questions, navigate challenges, develop empathy, and spark their imagination.

Student wellbeing is a top priority at St Paul's, and we have implemented a student wellbeing program called Ways of Being. This program focuses on the St Paul's Character Framework, comprising ten virtues that all members of our community are encouraged to demonstrate. We also have a Global Citizenship program that recognizes students' achievements in various areas, including academics, sports, creative activities, and outdoor education.
