Welcome to Busy Bees at Moreton Bay, a vibrant and innovative childcare center located in the beautiful suburb of Manly West, Australia. Our establishment is not just a school, but also a point of interest and a hub of learning and exploration for children.

At Busy Bees, we pride ourselves on providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. Our newly renovated outdoor play area is a haven for adventure, featuring a bike track, swing, slides, climbing equipment, a fireman pole, teepee, and a large sandpit. With the lovely bay breezes adding to the ambiance, your child will have endless opportunities for outdoor play and exploration.

Our philosophy is centered around building respectful relationships with children and providing them with uninterrupted playtime, freedom, and a calm and relaxed environment. Our dedicated and experienced team is known for developing lasting relationships with both the children and families in our care. They are also well-versed in supporting special needs and promoting inclusion for all.

In line with our focus on growth and education, we have incorporated a vegetable and herb garden into our curriculum to teach children about food and its origins. Sustainability is also a priority for us, and we have implemented initiatives such as a worm farm, compost, recycling program, solar electricity, and water tanks. Additionally, we have partnered with Bunnings to conduct a seedlings program and create a bee hotel.

Our funded Kindergarten program, led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, prepares your child for their next big steps in school. We work closely with you to ensure a successful transition and our child-led curriculum fosters confident and active learners, focusing on their social and emotional development.

Our 2IC and Educational Leader, Kim, brings a wealth of experience and passion to Busy Bees at Moreton Bay. With her Diploma qualification and personal dedication to helping children learn and grow, she ensures that each child receives the care and attention they deserve. Kim also shares her love for the outdoors with the children, incorporating nature play learning into their daily activities.
