Welcome to Perfect Start Childcare Centre Birkdale! Located near Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre in the beautiful suburb of Birkdale in Redland Bay, our childcare centre offers a warm and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn through play.

At Perfect Start, we believe in providing a safe and loving space for your child to grow. Our wonderful team of friendly staff and natural outdoor playgrounds ensure that your child receives the highest quality care and experiences. Our childcare facilities are well established and offer long day care services. In addition, we run a Queensland government approved kindergarten program. We are proud to incorporate the 3a Abecedarian approach, an evidence-based program that integrates care, emotion, and learning in a practical way throughout the day. We call this Enriched Caregiving. Perfect Start is also a certified Little Scientists Centre, emphasizing the importance of STEM in early learning.

At Perfect Start, we believe in following children's natural interests and curiosity. Our curriculum is designed upon the Early Years Framework and provides play-based opportunities for your child to learn, discover, and explore their environment. Our emergent curriculum is constantly evolving based on the needs of the children, parents, and community. We offer a balance of indoor and outdoor activities and programs for infants, toddlers, junior kindy, kindy, and kindergarten.

We have an open door policy for parents to visit their children at our Birkdale Rd and Mary Street Childcare Centres. We value family participation and open communication, ensuring that we provide regular feedback through emails, conversations, and documentation via Storypark. We encourage communication with teachers and value parent feedback.
