"Been using this company monthly to maintain our new pool. Started out ok until recently when we found they were putting unnecessary chemicals in our pool, which if not caught early would have done more damage than good. After we noticed a strong chemical smell in the pool we decided to take a water sample to another company. Luckily we caught it in time otherwise it would have cost us $$$ to fix. When contacting the company to cancel their service and them asking why, they didn’t seem surprised and just said, “oh okay.” Might pay to ensure employees know what they are doing before adding unnecessary products to customers pools/spas."

"Most unprofessional company! They said they had to change our pool to chlorine as there was no salt available - but my brother was able to get salt for their pool. Then they were explicitly told no longer wanted to use them. Despite that, they still attended unannounced at the house to test the pool. Happened 3 times. Once when my mother was there, which startled her seeing a strange man out on the back deck, and twice when we weren’t home. Then had the nerve to send invoices. We are now being harassed by debt collectors as they referred the bills on, and now we are having to take the issue further with the RTA. All because we wanted to use another company. Have emailed them multiple times stating the legislation where is says they are not allowed to do that, and confirmed this with the RTA, but they do not answer their phones and do not reply to emails. Apparently they think needing to put chemicals in a pool overrides our right to privacy in our home. Disgusting money hungry scammers."

"I recently bought a S10 astral yesterday, More than happy to pay the cost for a decent pool cleaner as a new pool owner, nothing but disappointed to visit a second time to advise them that my skimmer plate did not fit the connection given and had brought the skimmer with me to obtain a suitable fit, only be advised to just squeeze it throw it will fit. Asking generally are you certain it will as i have already tried get it connected. Twice i have visited no it does not fit and if i squeezed it in any harder it would break the skimmer plate! Update, Thank you for the young gentlemen's assistance, Once arrived he also tried and dealt with the same issue and was kind enough to take it out back and try another piece which fit much happier and S10 is running well Thank you for fixing that up."
