"Recently we had a quick visit to Pacific smiles at endeavour hills with both our kids aged 6 and 1. The clinic had a very welcoming atmosphere. Although it was a fairly new experience for both the kids Dr. Prayline made them feel comfortable, used playway method to gain their cooperation and with her gentle and kind approach made them feel totally at ease through the process.She did a thorough assessment and explained it all to us in simple terms with clear pictures .She also went an extra mile and taught our daughter the right technique to brush and floss the teeth which was really good. At the end she also gave them colourful brushes and put a big smile on their faces. Highly recommend Dr .Prayline to anyone looking for a good dentist.Kudos to Dr. Prayline and team Pacific Smiles at endeavour hills."

"The doctor was good but they did not share my x ray photo with me as per discussion and did not do it despite multiple requests. I had to undergo the same xray again with a different doctor. The lady at the reception promised to email me my xray but never did it. Highly inefficient staff"
"Dr Janet was very nice. My daughter felt very comfortable and another daughter said she wants to be a dentist like her. The dental assistant and the receptionists were also lovely. They all have beautiful teeth, obviously they get treated by the dentists there very well."
"very bad dentist my friend had 2 teeth removed at the same clinic but in another area (had to move clinics due to the other one being to far away and also was told there would be no changes to the conditions) she was told after the extraction that if she had problems cheek ups would be free!! that was not the case she called 2 times before making an appointment to confirm that their would be no coast and both times they said no coast would be involved if there just looking at the tooth they already removed!!! very bad service and would be very disappointed and frustrating considering they say one thing but when u go in they try rip you off!!!!!!!"
