"A couple of weeks ago I came to Richmond Dental Surgery with a chipped front tooth. I’d chipped off nearly 1/3 of the tooth and had my phone stolen on a terrible night out in a foreign city, and I had to get on a flight back to Brisbane the next day. They squeezed me in (and stayed late I think!) even though they were fully booked. They were so kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. They ran me through my options and we decided to put a cap on the damaged tooth. One of them even held my hand while I had the local anaesthetic delivered after I told them I was afraid of needles. Before leaving this review based purely on their exceptional customer service, I decided to wait and see if the quality of the capped tooth was sound; I saw my regular dentist today (who I’ve been seeing literally my entire life) and he said it was beautiful work! That weekend in a different city was so horrible, that day felt like I was at rock bottom. Navigating to the airport and getting a flight home without a phone the next day was a nightmare, but at least I had a tooth. I cried on the way back to the airbnb that night for the amazing work they’d done and for how they’d taken such good care of me. ❤️"

"I have been going here for a couple of years and absolutely love it. I am always greeted by name and the dentist and her team are very nice; every time I had to get something more significant than a clean done they showed me the problem and explained what was going on, which I found very helpful. They also don’t lecture you about your wrong/lacking mouth cleaning habits (unlike some other dentist), but make friendly suggestions on what is good practice and what they’d recommend. Overall a great dentist, I do not dread visiting them at all and would definitely recommend to a friend!"
