Booked myself in for a consultation. 4 forms of confirmation of date, time and place (over the phone, email, text message and a voice message), only to show up and there being nobody there. The receptionist at the Waterman's business centre stated that she spoke to someone from aesthetik and was told 'you are just going to have to tell her (nobody is there)'. No apologies. Was then left a voice mail message; 'calling to help you schedule another appointment'. Again no apologies. Will be looking elsewhere."
