In case of dental emergencies, we strive to accommodate patients on the same or following day. However, we recommend calling us to confirm the availability of a dentist.

Conveniently located just 7km northeast of the Melbourne CBD, our dental clinic is easily accessible by public transport, with bus and train options available. We also provide on-site bicycle racks and car parking, including disabled parking. The clinic entrance is accessible via Arthur Street, and we are fully wheelchair and pram accessible with no steps.

For new patients, we kindly ask you to fill in a New Patient and Medical History Form. To save time during your appointment, you can download and complete the form beforehand. Please note that patients seeking specific treatments such as wisdom teeth extraction, root canal treatments, veneers, or crown and bridge work will require a consultation appointment prior to treatment.

To ensure efficient and quality service, we may request a refundable $100 deposit for patients requiring long appointments, ZOOM! teeth whitening, appointments for three or more family members, or those with a history of cancellation or failure to attend. During your visit, our dentist will thoroughly explain your treatment needs, available options, and associated fees. If additional treatment is necessary, a comprehensive treatment plan will be provided.

We kindly ask for payment on the day of treatment and accept various payment methods, including cash, EFTPOS, debit and credit cards (including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa). We do not charge any fees for credit card use. Additionally, we process private health insurance claims on the spot using HICAPS for your convenience.

Care For Smiles is proud to be a Preferred Provider for the HCF More For Teeth and CBHS Choice Network dental programs. If you are a member of HCF or CBHS Health Fund, you are fully covered for annual check-ups, cleans, x-rays, mouthguards, and more (subject to annual limits).

We also bulk bill eligible Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Card Holders, ensuring they receive the dental care they deserve.
