Hampton Beach Dentists originated from Brighton Beach Dentists in 1988 and has since grown and evolved into a state-of-the-art dental practice. In 2007, we moved to our current premises, where we continue to deliver comprehensive dental care, including general dental, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. We believe in a family-oriented approach to dental care and strive to provide the highest level of complex interdisciplinary care by collaborating with the best dental specialists available.
At Hampton Beach Dentists, we take pride in the quality of care we offer to our patients. Our porcelain work is crafted by our long-standing relationships with dental technicians based in Melbourne, using top-quality materials and Australian staff.
In January 2014, we obtained our National Standard Accreditation certificate, surpassing all requirements ahead of mandatory government legislation. This accreditation ensures that we meet and exceed the highest standards of dental care.
Conveniently located outside Hampton Railway Station, our practice can be found in the walkway off Hampton St, near the railway crossing, on the city bound side of the station. Parking options include the train station parking lot (access via Railway Crescent), as well as timed parking on Hampton St, Small St, or Railway Crescent.
Our operating hours are as follows:
- Mondays: 8am to 5pm
- Tuesdays: 8am to 8pm
- Wednesdays: 8am to 5pm
- Thursdays: 8am to 8pm
- Fridays: 8am to 5pm
- Saturdays: We are open every second Saturday morning by appointment only, from 8:30am to 12pm.

"Dr Joanne Kalligas delivers a very rare combination of exceptional clinical talent, great bedside manner and professional transparency. In 2021 due to Covid travel restrictions I was forced to seek a new Dental practice closer to home. Naturally I was very apprehensive after 27 years with my regular dentist on the other side of town. Changing Dentists and Doctors isn’t something most people take lightly as everyone knows ‘find a good one and stick with them’. However after having some fairly extensive dental work done by Joanne and a scale and clean by Mercia during the past 6 months I couldn’t be happier! Dr Rikki Georgandas is extremely experienced and she doesn't get over-zealous trying to fill every tooth crevice (which some dentists do to bring in extra money). I can't recommend them enough.
