"I have been attending the clinic for 15+ years. I used to suffer from terrible anxiety as a child whenever I turned up to get my teeth cleaned. At my very first visit, the reception staff pushed back the appointment to give me space and brought me some water. They were kind and friendly. My dentist took the time to slowly talk through the process with me to make sure I was comfortable and cared enough to do so every appointment afterwards until I was able to overcome my fear.
