"Nathan is really friendly at reception. The Drs are lovely as well. I get good care here and good availability of appointments."
"Highly recommend James Medera at this clinic! Been seeing him for 4 years and always love going in for a visit. James is super friendly, we always have a great catch up, and he takes awesome care of my teeth. Could not ask for a better experience. My other family members also love going to visit him as their dentist too! :)"
"This review is long overdue. We brought our 5yo here for a 2nd opinion and was seen by James Medera. What was meant to be an awfully expensive dental plan recommended by another dentist from a different practice, we decided to do our due diligence to get an independent professional opinion and very glad we did. James planned our daughter's treatment over several smaller appointments so that it would not be too daunting for her. She had a tooth extraction done on the chair with just some local anesthetic and this was done meticulously. Despite being an arduous process and all the tears from my 5yo, she still managed to sit through it and came out of it fine. She is still stoked to go for her dental visits and is comfortable with her dentist. Thanks James."
"Once you have been there your first time and know how to find it, it's a great dentist! I have been going here for years and have never had to wait for my appointment, have a great dentist and so far it has always been covered by my health insurance!"
"Great reception staff and nice location. Dental side of it was fairly professional when it came to the work itself, though the dentist was very patronising and blunt. Started off by shaming me about not visiting in over a year even though we were in lockdown for most of this year. I was then given 3 instructions for future care of my teeth and although I'm an educated 23 year old, I was told to "repeat the steps back to [the dentist] just to make sure you understand". I know that dentists often deal with lying patients and there is generally no easy way to tell someone to floss properly, but this is not a professional way of getting any message across. 3 stars purely because of the receptionist, but I'd otherwise give much less. Will not be coming back."
