"Absolutely excellent service. I've had my fair share of accidents, but never have I ever had a smash repairer return my car to me on time, let alone ahead of schedule! These guys were extremely professional, detail oriented and had great comms. Very happy with their service and the repairs undertaken on my car. Unlike, the last repairer where I had to go back 3 times, these guys did an excellent job the first time around and even rectified another related mechanical issue that I could not see artificially. "I was insured with Budget Direct and lived in Richmond, and I was involved in an accident. I drive an Audi Q5. Budget Direct insisted that I go to one of several panel beaters in the outer suburbs. When I asked how much European car experience the repairs had, I was told it did not matter. I kept fighting with Budget Direct, and it paid off. Eventually, somebody at Budget Direct said I could go to Abbotsford Body repairs. Abbotsford Body Repairs was not only repaired the car well, but the customer service was terrific. I later had a minor incident with a pole, and I took the car directly there without an insurance claim, another great experience. I could not recommend them higher. As for Budget Direct, it is excellent if you never have to make a claim, but I’m with another insurance company after that incident."
