"I called them because I wanted to know how much would be my washing machine fixture is. They turned up quite quickly, that was good. Now but thing is the guy who turned up just checked the machine for couple of minutes and made a phone call to someone, and said to me, "motor is broken" and it would cost me around $300 if I'd fixed it. I thought it would be much better to purchase a new one for that cost, so I refused to repair the one. And of course he asked me $139 saying this is a minimum charge. I know every single person who asked to plumber or any mechanics to solve the issue, and failed to something fixed says this, but isn't it such a rip off? Why people have to pay for nothing but their petrol and labour cost? If they failed to resolve the issue, I think it is fair enough to 50% discount as they couldn't satisfy the customer. Never mind, just my opinion.."
