"I went to Supertune because of TyreSales recommended tyre fitter. 4 Yokohama tyres were fitted for my Subaru Outback in timely manner (2 hours) and I waited in a cabin there. But there's a problem with one of the nuts, that is the wheel stud to be cross-threaded and damaged when they installed the tyres. I reported to them and they took their responsibility to fix the issue with a polite Antonio. Good customer services to rectify the issue in a polite manner. I am still happy to give five star despite the issue at first place."
"I had to get the tyres changed (ordered on tyresales.com.au) on two cars and we booked the 0800 slot on Saturday morning. We were told that it could take three to four hours, as it will be one car after the other. My wife and I were driving from 30 minutes away so we decided to wait at the workshop rather than spending a good one hour on the road going back and forth. The owners were very kind and had us wait in the office. It was a cold and windy day. Further, they put both their mechanics on the job and completed the work of tyre change, balancing and wheel alignment of both cars in a little over two hours. Very efficient service and goes without saying, very kind people. Strongly recommend their services. Our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience."
