On the 4th i emailed to ask what was happening as i hadnt heard anything but a mate of mine who ordered same day got theirs shipped. received call only to be told they didnt even have the stock of the thing i ordered. pretty dissapointing as i have an event coming up i needed it for. And the product isnt easy to come by. got a refund immidetely, which was good customer service at least. but still pretty dissapointed that i was able to order something, get money taken, and then have to wait 2 weeks before being told they had no stock, not even an alternative product, and nothing could be done about it. i guess what im trying to get across even if they say they have stock, they might not..."
