When I sent through the request to these guys to repair it, this was there reply "I am sorry but this is an old product and we do not know that much about this item". So I decided to try and repair it myself and it took me 30 min to do it and Im not a trained in this field. Personally I found there attitude very poor and if there trades people couldn't fix this relatively easy job, then it make me wonder how trained they really are."
