Friends ordered the slow cooked beef cheeks, parmi and steak sandwich and everyone was impressed with their food. "Great little pub. Good cold beer. Live musician/singer who wasn't too bad. My wife and I had beef cheeks - recommended by the bar attendant. They were on mashed potatoes, green peas and gravy. The food was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The lady chef d id an amazing job with these meals. We'll be back - soon."
"The food was fine but the service was extremely poor. We sat in the lounge dining area and saw the cook present cooked meals, ring the bell for staff to serve the meals, with almost 10 minutes before he could get staff to deliver the food. Staff were behind the bar but with all the noise did not hear the cooks bell. Very poor delivery system which needs to be rethought. No one wants a cold meal and the cook gets the blame!"
